It is pointed at establishing closer interaction between theoretical research and practical action. The peace-building strategies are outlined in three parts:
Towards a modern education.
New ideas, methods and techniques for cultivation of social abilities and communication skills leading to cross-cultural interaction in terms of education; renovation of the teaching process towards global thinking, disseminated through:
- International meetings, conferences and national seminars of educators.
- Publishing and distribution of workbooks, training materials, designed to provide a higher quality of education, mainly in secondary schools.
- Providing a free way for students to develop them through international meetings, summer schools and seminars on issues beginning with art, passing through social interaction, European integration and tolerance in a global world.
- QUALIFICATION SEMINARS FOR TEACHERS
Towards the new culture of peace.
- An optional school, university and life-long learning of languages, psychology, arts, cultural studies and human rights.
- Public discussions, national and international forums for promotion of the new global culture of peace.
- Publishing of books, textbooks and training materials specially designed to serve the new culture of peace and tolerance.
Promotion of world and Bulgarian culture.
- International meetings, concerts, dance-festivals and expositions, publishing books to support of the fruitful diversity of cultures as an important part of the new global culture of peace.
- Support and preservation of Bulgarian culture through support for the revival of national feasts and through stimulating artistic expressions of traditional Bulgarian music and dance.
- Publishing of books, textbooks and training materials specially designed to serve the new culture of peace and tolerance.
